Comments: In Feb. of this year, I had triple heart bypass surgery & in June, an endarterectomy (carotid artery), at the Kingwood Medical Center - HCA Kingwood. These operations were performed flawlessly & with a minimal of down time by Dr. Ibrahim Yazji, & Dr. Mohan Jacob. It was Dr. Yazji, who recommended that I consider Dr. Garay, to perform the hernia repair.
Needless to say, I had a fair amount of trepidation, going in for the hernia repair. I am taking a blood thinner, beta blocker, etc. But, under the consultation & guidance of Dr. Garay, the robotic procedure, went as good as could be expected & again, with a minimal of down time, & pain. My life is pretty much back to normal & I can't say enough about the quality experience that I've had, with the team at the HCA Kingwood medical center.
